Neck Pain

Summary

The neck is very fragile and can move in many directions because of sensory organs like the eyes, ears and nose. This is a disadvantage as the vertebrae can easily "misalign," or its joints can frequently get dislocated, due to whiplash, neck trauma, etc. Moreover, stress, posture, and excess computer use can stiffen the neck. The result is reduced blood supply to the brain and its subsequent malfunction. That causes poor well-being, reduction in energy level, and breakdown of the immune system.

At High Peak Physical Therapy we treat a wide variety of neck conditions. Our expert therapists work closely with you to evaluate your individual needs, develop a personalized treatment plan, and help you reduce pain, restore movement, and improve quality of life.
